THE POWER OF SOULS

FREDDY'S DEATH

The battle had been an intense fight. With Raiden missing, Krueger made his way through the Kombatants. Freddy's ability to manipulate his opponent mentally gave him the edge he needed. 

Only Shao Khan remained. This would be a tough battle for Freddy regardless of the route that he took. Khan couldn't be defeated by mental manipulation. He himself was a soul taker. A thief of the soul, and a mental warrior. 

Freddy Krueger took on Shao Khan in his physical form. Where he slashed and sliced his way in on Khan. He'd find no success in that either. Khan annihilated Krueger. The battle saw Freddy take an absolute beating.

Finish Him!!!

 Khan stood above the defeated Krueger. He levitated Freddy Krueger into the air. Where he extracted The Power Of The Souls was extracted from Krueger. The lost souls, the divided souls, the heart of souls, and the souls of fallen warriors. 

SHAO KHAN - MORTAL KOMBAT CHAMPION: KING KHAN

Raiden was absolutely pissed to no end that he'd intentionally been held back from competition by Khan to make his pathway easier. Raiden couldn't just go defeat the now King Khan, Super Shao, The Ruler of Outworld. 

"Khan must be defeated." Raiden explained to the others. 

"He can't be defeated now. He's far too powerful now. He holds "The Powers of Souls" after defeating Krueger." Liu Kang explains. 

"Yes he's dying for us to try him now." 

"We have to come at him with someone who he cannot manipulate mentally. Someone who's incapable of being intruded upon in mental combat." 

Skeltor's Revenge 

The Power of Souls...Skeletor knew that he needed the powers that Shao Khan now held. You must go there Beastman. You must tell me what we need to do to defeat khan and take those powers from him. Skeletor opens the portal to Outworld. Don't come back until you've figured it out. Take the snake men with you as well as Trap-Jaw. 

Skeletor wanted the power of souls. With that he could obtain the powers of Greyskull and be the most powerful entity in all the Universes. The power of the souls was no longer on earth realm, but in the hands of an old nemesis Shao Khan. The perfect time to get them. 

They're going to fall to the evil forces of Skeletor. They have encountered the worst problem they'll have to face. They have no idea what I will go through to obtain the powers. Old alliances, weapons of mass destruction, and The powers of evil. 

"Shao Khan...old friend...I'm coming for you."~ Skeletor laughed

THE DAILY PLANET 

Clark Kent walked along the sidewalk as he was approached by a man wielding a weapon of some sort. 

"Are you Superman?" 

"No...I'm Clark Kent."

The foreign entity then shot Superman with a lazer beam that transported Kent to another realm. The cool darkness of nightfall covered the planet, a direct contrast of midday on Earth. 

"King Khan wishes to see you."

Superman didn't know any King Khan. He was about to though, and find out exactly what this was all about. It was definitely a job for Superman. 

"Yes Khan...I am Superman."

"You...you are the all so powerful man made of steel...Khan looks him over. Do you care if I challenge you first? I want to see what you're made of...

Superman watched a man materialize right in front of him. Noob Saibot now stood before Superman. 

READY...FIGHT!!!

Saibot moved in with precision and skill. Superman realizes that he's got a skilled ninja warrior in front of him. Noob Saibot repeatedly hits Superman with quick shots. Before Superman emerges victorious with power that far exceeds that of Noob Saibot.  

"Easy work for you Superman." 

Khan them mentally manipulates Superman. You will collect the others and bring them to me. If you want to try and save them like you're intended to do. 

You must collect all your fellow heroes and come to me. Otherwise I will collect them and the damages will be catastrophic. Do you understand my request? 

"Bring them to me, Superman!!!"

Clark Kent walks along the sidewalk along the front of The Daily Planet. Only now he knew exactly what he had to do. The challenge was Shao Khan. Now Superman knew how powerful this entity was, and he knew that he couldn't allow him back on Earth. 

The Battle-Lines 

There will be a battle. The lines have been clearly drawn. The battlefield has been decided. We must go to Outworld for this fight. The All Powerful Shao Khan has challenged you all and myself to attend this battle. These mortals are in danger if we don't go. 

Khan had already been in Batman's head while he sleeps. The Batman had seen Outworld in his dreams, or nightmares. He understood what the battle meant. They had to win...everything depended on that happening. 

THE JUSTICE LEAGUE

"I don't think there's another way." Superman informed the council. 

"He told you that he would go to Earth?" 

This indicates at least a LEVEL 3 entity that can travel through dimensions. He's an all powerful entity. 

"Indeed...he said he would come to Earth and take us. 

This meant he was God-like and would classify as a LEVEL 5 entity. Capable of transporting others, and changing dimensions, controlling the elements, and bending space time. 

"We must do as he says, as defeating him would take forces that have never been used before." The Council Concluded." 

NO ALLIANCES: FIGHT UNTIL DEATH

PLANET ETERNIA 

The land was currently at peace. All was well when in Eternia, but Prince of Eternia Adam, knew that peace in Eternia was always short lived with Skeltor. Which was a formidable opponent for He-Man. 

"King Randor wishes to see you, Adam." Teela said.

The King sat high on his Throne. As Adam entered the Royal Chambers. The Queen beside him. 

"Skeltor is up to something in southern region of The Bad-Lands."

"The Star-Troopers tracked them as far as they could through the rugged territory."

"He-Man coming up..."

 

He-Man rode the Battle-Cat through the unforgiving terrain of the Badlands. The intensity of the ride brought on He-Man's adrenaline. He was ready for battle with Skeltor, and resolve his issues. 

Skeltor had teleported back to Snake Mountain where he waited for He-Man to go into his trap. He-Man saw a hologram version of Skeltor opening a box of weapons, and he rode toward them on The Cat. 

Only he never made it. Trap-Jaw set the release knocking He-Man off The Cat. When he stood back up he was hit by a green lazer beam that transported him to Outworld. 

HE-MAN IS GONE....NOW ETERNIA WILL BE MINE!!!

THE  GALACTIC  COUNCIL 

The decision has been made to not declare war against the Outworld and Emperor Shao Kahn. He's creating a tournament that pulls our heroes out of f place, but he also has declared that Darkseid, Doomsday, and others. 

"We don't want to see what a battle against Khan would be like. We figure he's at least 10th dimension, the ultimate dimension of all. 5th dimension Ultimate-Warrior." 

The evidence was there, and they were better served by trying to beat him at his own game. To win his tournament and decimate him and his Outworld. The forces to do that were being connected with. 

"Hello...I'm Michael Demiurgos. I'm here on matters concerning this Outworld. Has this council made a decision based on the information available to us"

"The Council Concluded that we will indeed compete with the fighters that Shao Khan instructs us to send." 

The All-Knowing Bot of Truth agrees with the decision. Cementing the direction of action. Everyone has agreed.
