Mortal Kombat: The Secrets of Greyskull

 Skeletor Takes Over Castle Greyskull.  

Skeletor had to find the fighters for Shao Khan's MORTAL KOMBAT Tournament. The fact was that Skeletor didn't like taking orders from anyone, but Shao Khan wasn't just anyone. He was the power. He was the way. He'd aided Skeletor, and Skeletor intended on repaying the powerful force Khan had become. 

There was no time to celebrate the over-taking of Castle Greyskull. The Sorceress secrets were safe for now. Joker was sent back to the Earth Realm to find Khan some great warriors.  

Although Evil-Lyn is shown to have her own agenda, she still maintains some loyalty to Skeletor. 

She could be very cunning, manipulative, and persuasive. When she needed to be she was forceful. Most didn't take it that far. Skeletor had a resourceful second in command. 

"Khan will be happy to know that we've got him those fighters." Skeletor says. 

Castle Greyskull 

Skeletor had infiltrated Greyskull,  but he hadn't yet unlocked the powers held within. Now that Khan had the fighters he needed, Skeletor could devote himself to cracking the codes and secrets. Skeletor opens the portals that would allowing the new fighters the pathway. They'd walk right into them without even knowing what happened. Skeletor's men were taking over Eternia. 

He-Man still held the powers of Greyskull.  Skeletor had found a way to use various powers, but was yet to tap into what the castle really held inside. The Powers of the Castle would make him as powerful as He-Man. 

No Honor : Quan Chi 

There has always been the next one. The weak are killed off. Quan Chi wondered why Khan what aiding the weak. Helping them survive and continue to survive. 

"If Skeletor can't take over Eternia with his nemesis He-Man out of the way...I can take over." 

The Powers Unleashed 

There was a need for He-Man, but where was he? Eternia was in danger, but there was no sign of He-Man who'd never let his people down. The time had come to act. Skeltor couldn't be allowed to overtake Castle Greyskull. The Sorceress Secrets were still trapped within the walls. King Randor prepared for battle. 

Skeltor held up his power sword. Where he drew the powers that Greyskull had released upon him. This wasn't quite He-Man, but it was exciting to him when the surge of power coursed through his body. His muscles were huge, and he was a force now that he hadn't been. King Randor approached the castle with the Eternian Army.

Quan Chi found Skeltor first. King Randor and the troops were approaching. Skeltor knew exactly where both were. His new powers made him a force to be reckoned with.

"I see you came to find me, Quan Chi" 

"Where are the Kombatants that Khan asked you to supply." 

"Is that really why you've come here, Quan Chi?"

"Do you assume that I have another reason." Quan Chi inquired. 

"We both know that you do." Skeletor accused. 

"You appear to have problems moving in." Quan Chi says. 

"I don't mind taking them out, and then showing you how things are going to be." Skeletor says in a matter of fact way. 

"Have it your way, bones. I will harvest your soul like fresh fruit." Quan Chi says. 

The battle lines had been drawn between Skeletor and Quan Chi. This wasn't the right time to settle the issues. Quan Chi disappeared into thin air, and the Eternian Army approached the castle. Skeletor looked like the cat that had the mouse. 

"Skeletor comes through after all." Khan compliments the efforts of Skeletor's new positions in power. 

Quan Chi didn't exactly see it that way and wanted to say as much, but this tournament was the most important issue of the moment. This was the biggest it'd ever been. Kings would be crowned. Legends would be killed.  

"Skeletor has yet to unlock the powers hidden within Castle Greyskull. The powers that create the emense powers of He-Man." Khan pondered. 

"Skeletor is an imbecile. Uncappable of getting such a difficult task accomplished. He is his own worst enemy as his foolishness is weakness." Quan Chi says.

Still his contributions to the tournament have earned him a place at the table. His ticket has been punched. He's building his empire that will stand in Eternia. He-Man will only be a memory unless he manages to win. Skeletor opens the new chapter in Eternia. Khan concludes. 

"I don't need to tell you that I can dispatch him and eliminate his existence. I can rule Eternia." Quan Chi says in return. 

The Shadow Realm: Skeletor had found a  way to manipulate the forces within heart of the Castle. Quan Chi didn't know what he was in for, or maybe he did. He left without incident. 

Shao Khan analyzes the tournament with Shang Tsung. The fighters that Skeletor provided were in the holding facility. Shang Tsung had a real appreciation for the skills that each fighter brought to the contest. Shao Khan appreciates his love of battle. 

The next fight would soon be announced. Shao Khan discussed the process and selections with Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. That last fight had been a long one. An endurance match that saw Goro defeat The Abomination.  The next fight would start the last half of the opening round. The warriors were waiting for the battle announcement. 

FIGHT #9

FIGHT NINE ○ Is Martian Manhunter vs. Raiden - These were two of the most powerful entities in the tournament. This one could be fireworks...literally fireworks. The powers held by these warriors is ferocious.  This could be the end of the line for one of these great warriors. 

Shang Tsung and Quan Chi....both like the match-up. Skeltor saw this match announcement and wondered why Khan hadn't matched one of these killers with He-Man. This made Skeltor question whether he wanted to see He-Man die. 

Shao Khan and Shang Tsung 

"This next match-up will prove to be a good one. A durable fight with plenty of fireworks." Shao Khan said.

The next fight will be called after this meeting. 

Shao Khan, says.

Shang Tsung stands listening.

"Yes...it will be a very interesting battle." Shang Tsung replied.  

"This is not our problem though, is it? Our problem is with the all so powerful Quan Chi." Shang Tsung checking his superior. 

"I like that most about you, Shang Tsung. Your attention to all matters. This situation is not currently out of hand, but Quan Chi wants to use his power. The show them his dominant abilities. He believes that he sees a weakness he can capitalize on."  Khan explained. 

"Yes...he's greatly underestimated the powers of Skeletor. With He-Man out of his way he could've only gotten stronger." Shang Tsung replied. 

The Next Level of Business 

"Perhaps it's time to show them that tournament or no tournament,  I'm still Quan Chi. There seems to be a grave misunderstanding here. I'm not not just some overseer. I'm one of the most powerful entities in all realms. They have forced me to show them that I'm taking over Eternia. There will be no more Skeletor."
